We start this special with a breathwork session by our own Eline Bouma.

In her coaching, Eline Bouma, from Breathflow Coaching, works with embodied breathwork. Based on the belief that when we learn to reconnect with our bodies, we reconnect with ourselves. Embodied breathwork teaches you to ground yourself. To tune in to your body and reconnect with it.
Out of the dogmas, into your body. How you can connect with what lives within you, and how this can teach you to catch yourself. How you can give yourself permission to truly be yourself. To lean into yourself and also dare to lean on the world around you.

Eline invites you to create space in your body through movement. Just as nature does: cyclically and at its own pace. In the sessions, sometimes we will bring fire into your system to break away from something, at other times you will learn to listen gently to what your body is telling you.

Eline invites you in a playful way to get to know yourself. Together we will discover your inner colors, celebrate all aspects of who you are, and find joy in your unique journey.

Eline´s goal is to guide you toward greater connection with yourself and the world around you. Together, we will explore how you can create and occupy space in a way that suits you. The breath journey may help you to move even more in your own unique way during the DJ set.

ABOUT THE DANCE:
This Sunday morning edition expect more of a sober clubby vibe with more bass.

Beats Circuit, consisting of Roel Smulders and Stan Opveld, is an electronic music duo from Utrecht, Netherlands, with a sound that is defined by its intricate beats, tribal bass, and organic textures. Their music is a reflection of their deep roots in the Chillout scene, and their dedication to exploring new sounds and pushing boundaries.

At the heart of Beats Circuit's sound are their beats - intricate rhythms that are carefully crafted to keep their audiences moving. Their beats are grounded in a tribal bass that creates a sense of power and energy, evoking the primal rhythms of the natural world. They infuse their music with organic textures that add depth and richness to their mixes. These organic elements give their music a sense of warmth and depth, creating a sonic landscape that is both powerful and inviting.

10:00 Doors open, change, relax and get to know the space.
10:20 Start breath work session with Eline Bouma - please be on time!
11:20 - 11:30 break (doors open for only the dance)

14:30 Time to go home and we tidy up the space for closing

- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time
- Space holders are present if there is anything you need
- Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound, it can get loud

WHAT MAKES THE MORNING RAVE FEEL 'ECSTATIC'?
An invitation to check in with yourself, to dance, move, enjoy & simply flow and let go. Out of your head into your body. We do this by not talking on the dance floor to stay out of the chit chat, feel connected to the ground by dancing without shoes and not using any substances such as alcohol or drugs. The dance space is a phone-free area where you can completely let go.
