In Ecstatic Dance, we go on a musical journey. And we also go on a journey inside. With her diverse collection of music, Annika aka DJ Anica takes us onto a journey that connects us to our essence.
Anica deeply believes in the wisdom of the body and that movement (and dance) can bring to light what we were not yet aware about in ourselves. Next to being a passionate Ecstatic Dance DJ, Annika gives somatic bodywork sessions to support individuals reconnect to the flow of life again.
Her music is in constant flow and ranges from grounding to uplifting sounds, from deep beats to sweet melodies, from popular to more experimental songs. Always with the intention to move something inside of you. And to share her joy for the dance!
Come dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning! We from FreeFlow love to see so many returning as well as new faces each time. Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in a pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you. The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.
🥣 Hungry after dancing? After dancing, a nourishing meal awaits you, lovingly prepared by chef Isabella, who specializes in organic, seasonal, and vegetarian cooking. Enjoy a warm, organic soup paired with fresh sourdough bread and homemade dips like muhammara, hummus and flower butter—pure goodness on your plate!

Practicalities: - During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!) - Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in - We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time - Space holders are present - Animal friends / pets are not allowed - Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound - Our events are for human beings from the age of 18 - No refunds or rescheduling possible - Please note that if an event is sold out, the only way to get a ticket still is via TicketSwap
